- Due to the nature of tarot, I do not offer refunds. However, my professional life and career stand behind my work. I take what I do very seriously and always give 100%.
If you have any concerns or issues, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me and I will do my best to find a solution. - All payments must be made at the stated price.
If either of us needs to cancel a reading for any reason, the session will not be lost; we can reschedule it for the next available time that suits us both. - I can adapt to most time zones, but if you only have a very specific time available, please speak with me before booking. (For example, if your only availability is at 3 a.m., it may not be possible.) I work in GMT time.
- All clients must be over 18 years old.
- I do not offer readings related to health. If you have any medical concerns, always consult a qualified medical professional. Tarot should never replace professional medical advice.
- I am not a financial advisor or a lawyer. For legal or financial advice, please consult a qualified professional.
- I am not responsible for any decisions you make or how you respond to the information that comes through in your reading.
- I do not perform healing work through my tarot cards.

- Nothing is set in stone. Things can change, and free will can bring different outcomes. Tarot is not the final word.
- In my special tarot and mediumship reading, I focus my time and energy on mediumship; however, I do not control who comes through, and there is no guarantee that the specific spirits you want will appear. The payment is for a tarot reading, as mediumship is not guaranteed.
- If you do not want mediumship included in your reading, please let me know before we begin. My readings are always open to spirit communication, but if you prefer a tarot-only session, that is absolutely fine.
